In May 10, 2017, China certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA) executive vice president and Secretary of longevity fly delegation to visit France Standardization Association (AFNOR), and the product of Ou Wei and the president of AFNOR (Olivier PEYRAT), signed a memorandum of cooperation. The two sides reached a consensus on the international standards organization conformity assessment committee (ISO/CASCO) proposed international standards proposals, and formulate international standards, deepen personnel certification cooperation.

The two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in selecting service certification research, promoting the internationalization of China standards and establishing common working mechanisms of experts, and propose a cooperation Road map. The signing of the cooperation agreement will speed up the process of internationalization of China's service certification standards and open a new chapter in bilateral cooperation.

CCAA and AFNOR have maintained good cooperative relations since 2009. The two sides have signed a cooperation agreement on personnel certification, and have established good cooperation in personnel certification and training. In 2014, the Secretary General also received the gold standard award issued by AFNOR, in recognition of its efforts and major contributions in AFNOR standards, revision, certification, business and institutional development.
